This rustic burlap wall art is a fun, earthy touch for any space!

Materials that you will need:

Wooden panel
Burlap
Fabric flower
Green cotton canvas
Brown cotton ribbon
Twine string
Plastic cup
Hot glue gun
Artificial moss

I used a wooden cradled panel for this project as you can screw metal D-rings inside the frame, tie a picture wire across it and hang it flat on a wall hook.

You can also just rest the hollow back frame directly onto screws in the wall.

I first cut out a piece of burlap bigger than my wooden frame and hot glued it on the back of the cradled panel.

I cut out a flower from an old bag that was tattered and torn… (because there is always something you can find around the house that you can use to make your arts and crafts projects!)…. and cut out a small piece of green cotton canvas to make my stem and leaves.

After cutting out my leaves and stem, I hot glued them and my flower onto the burlap.

Then I cut my plastic cup in order to make the “flower pot” and hot glued my brown cotton ribbon to the front of my pot. Also added some twin string around the flower pot.

To finish off, I hot glued twine string around the frame and added some artificial moss into my flower pot. 🙂
