Welcome to My Sensitive Essentials

When you’re navigating endometriosis, the world can feel like a bit of a minefield with sensitive skin and food intolerance.

I’ll be sharing my top picks for products that have helped me avoid or minimize breakouts and endo-related flare-ups.

In my experience, Carina’s range of products have worked well for my sensitive skin, and have not caused any irritation or adverse reactions. Their products are biodegradable, free from parabens and gluten free.

The Hydrating Skin Cream does not leave my skin oily at all after applying it. This is a big plus for me as I find that many other creams I’ve applied to my face or body tend to just sit on my skin and leave it feeling very greasy. I’ve also not experienced any breakouts after using this skin cream.

I’ve had my fair share of bad hair salon experiences, and the one thing that’s always made me feel unwell is the strong smell of their hairsprays. The smell can be so overwhelming that it feels as if I’m going to pass out. I can tell you it’s not a pleasant experience! I was thrilled to discover Carina’s Fast Drying Hair spray. It’s the only hairspray I use! It does not leave my hair sticky, or give off any strong odours!

I also like their Peppermint Shampoo & Body Wash. It’s quite gentle on my scalp and body.
