Had fun at the “Fresh Rose Solid Perfume” workshop, at the Toronto Botanical Garden!
This perfume is made with shea butter and rose petals.
The first step is to melt the shea butter and allow it to cool until malleable, but not liquid. Next step is to spread it onto a photo frame and then lay fresh flower petals over the butter, making sure to change the flowers out every 2 to 3 days until fragrant.
The last step is to remove the flower petals, scrape off the perfume from the frame, and put it into a container of your choice.
